DRIP BAR is a gelato, coffee and kitchen bar on the Pacific Highway in Lindfield.
We've been making gelato on this corner for years. DRIP BAR is the next chapter — the same shop, rebuilt from the ground up, with a new name and a sharper idea of what we do best.
Every tub in the case is made in-house, in small batches, from a short list of flavours we've spent a long time getting right. Alongside it: proper coffee, and a short kitchen menu of breakfasts, toasties, sandos and rice bowls.
Fewer things, made better. That's the whole idea.
